- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in busy hotel, restaurant or nightclub
- Extensive knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails
- Knowledge of various drink building techniques and styles
- Ability to maintain strong coworker relationships
- Flexible evening availability
- Willingness to take direction from management
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift

Job Duties
- Prep, setup, and prepare the bar for daily service
- Prioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficiently
- Take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing, as necessary
- Keep work relationships professional and courteous
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Stand for extended periods during shifts
