Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- drug-free and pass pre-employment screenings and background checks
- excellent verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing techniques
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- familiarity with bar sanitation standards and inventory management
Job Duties
- mix alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- perform cashier duties and handle cash bank accurately
- maintain high customer satisfaction and rapport with guests
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the bar station
- take inventory of beer, wine, and liquors and complete requisitions
- prepare juices and garnish items as needed
- complete end-of-shift paperwork and secure all bar supplies
