Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or related food and beverage service
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- willingness to undergo pre-employment screening and background check

- ability to operate bar equipment safely and efficiently

Job Duties
- Accurate and efficient mixing of beverages
- perform cashier duties including cash handling and issuing proper change
- maintain customer satisfaction through superior service
- uphold cleanliness and sanitation of the entire bar station
- take inventory of beer, wine, and liquors regularly
- receive and verify daily requisitions from storeroom
- prepare juices and garnish items as needed
- mix beverages for guests or wait staff using proper recipe methods and beverage control systems
- maintain service standards and rapport with guests
- complete required paperwork at the end of each shift
- leave the work area clean and orderly
- inventory beer, bottled mineral water, and wine and record on proper sheets
- secure all liquor and bar supplies and replenish stock via storeroom requisitions
- multitask skillfully while offering excellent guest service
- maintain consistently high-quality beverages
- communicate effectively between management and bar team
- promptly follow through on all requests
- encourage guests to provide positive online reviews
- provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and going above and beyond
- utilize downtime productively
- perform other duties as assigned by the manager on duty
