Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- one year of bartending experience and/or training preferred
- minimum of 21 years of age
- ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- alcohol awareness training may be required depending on location

Job Duties
- interacting with customers
- setting up and maintaining a clean and sanitized serving area
- stocking bar
- mixing and serving alcoholic beverages
- cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- receiving payment for food and beverages using a computerized register
- maintaining inventory control
- performing opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
- serving catered parties from service or portable bars
- following established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders
- answering questions regarding menu items and offering suggestions
- practicing tray service for all food and beverage service
- working independently when necessary
- complying with food safety and sanitation processes
- being on feet for most of the day and walking far distances
- performing other duties as required
