Job Requirements

  • Be available to work events throughout the week, including Friday and Saturday nights
  • 21 years of age or older
  • completion of online company training (company facilitated)
  • SERV Safe Alcohol Certification required upon hire (company facilitated)
  • must have reliable means of communication to check messages and emails frequently
  • reliable transportation
  • attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal skills
  • outgoing, personable and vibrant personality
  • ability to retain product information to relay to consumers
  • excellent time management skills
  • ability to lift 30lbs or more to move product and equipment
  • ability to stand for at least four hours or more

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in bartending or hospitality is an advantage but not required
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail and time management
  • outgoing and personable demeanor
  • ability to promptly complete company training and certification

Job Duties

  • Serve beverages responsibly with client preferences in mind
  • assist in setting up and breaking down mobile bar stations
  • support bartenders and servers as a bar-back
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • interact positively with guests to enhance their event experience
  • adhere to all safety and alcohol service regulations
  • communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event operations
