Job Requirements
- Be available to work events throughout the week, including Friday and Saturday nights
- 21 years of age or older
- completion of online company training (company facilitated)
- SERV Safe Alcohol Certification required upon hire (company facilitated)
- must have reliable means of communication to check messages and emails frequently
- reliable transportation
- attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal skills
- outgoing, personable and vibrant personality
- ability to retain product information to relay to consumers
- excellent time management skills
- ability to lift 30lbs or more to move product and equipment
- ability to stand for at least four hours or more
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in bartending or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- strong attention to detail and time management
- outgoing and personable demeanor
- ability to promptly complete company training and certification
Job Duties
- Serve beverages responsibly with client preferences in mind
- assist in setting up and breaking down mobile bar stations
- support bartenders and servers as a bar-back
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- interact positively with guests to enhance their event experience
- adhere to all safety and alcohol service regulations
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event operations
