Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 18 months of bartending experience
- Proficient in mixing and garnishing drinks according to standard recipes
- Experience with cash registers, POS systems, and managing tabs
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy casino environment
- Strong communication skills
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Endurance to walk and stand throughout assigned shifts
- Comfortable with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and typical casino noise
- Able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests warmly
- Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes
- Keep the bar clean and well-stocked with ice
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions with precision
- Monitor guests for signs of intoxication and adhere to care training guidelines
- Never serve two drinks simultaneously to one person
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
