Job Requirements

- Minimum of 18 months of related bartending experience required
- Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standard recipes
- Experience with cash registers, POS systems, and managing tabs
- Ability to thrive in a demanding casino environment
- Capability to handle high-volume and stressful situations with composure
- Excellent communication skills for providing exceptional guest service

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests warmly while ensuring prompt and accurate beverage service
- Mix drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Keep the bar clean and well-stocked with ice and supplies
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with precision
- Monitor guests for signs of intoxication following care training guidelines
- Restock supplies and maintain organization of the bar area
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support guest satisfaction and operations
