Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum 18 months of bartending experience
- ability to mix and serve drinks accurately
- experience with cash registers and POS
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- capacity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced casino setting
- strong communication skills
- ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds
- endurance to stand and walk for long periods
- comfortable with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise typical of a casino
- able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by local gaming regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests warmly
- mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes
- keep the bar clean and well-stocked
- operate the cash register and handle transactions
- monitor for signs of intoxication and follow care training guidelines
- respond to additional duties assigned by management
- maintain professional and friendly demeanor with customers
