Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum of 18 months related experience
- ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced casino environment
- physical capability to lift and carry 25 to 30 pounds
- endurance to stand and walk during shifts
- able to handle exposure to smoke, bright lights, and casino noise
- able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standard recipes
- experience with cash registers, POS systems, and managing tabs
- ability to thrive in a demanding casino environment
- excellent communication skills for providing exceptional guest service
- minimum of 18 months of related bartending experience
- knowledge of alcohol regulations and responsible service practices
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests warmly
- mix and serve drinks according to established recipes
- keep the bar clean and well-stocked with supplies and ice
- operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- monitor guest behavior to prevent overconsumption following care training guidelines
- maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- support management with additional duties as assigned
