Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
minimum of 18 months related experience
ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced casino environment
physical capability to lift and carry 25 to 30 pounds
endurance to stand and walk during shifts
able to handle exposure to smoke, bright lights, and casino noise
able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications as required by local gaming regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standard recipes
experience with cash registers, POS systems, and managing tabs
ability to thrive in a demanding casino environment
excellent communication skills for providing exceptional guest service
minimum of 18 months of related bartending experience
knowledge of alcohol regulations and responsible service practices

Job Duties

Greet and serve guests warmly
mix and serve drinks according to established recipes
keep the bar clean and well-stocked with supplies and ice
operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
monitor guest behavior to prevent overconsumption following care training guidelines
maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
support management with additional duties as assigned
