Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least 18 months of related bartending experience
Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks following standard recipes
Experience with cash registers, POS systems, and managing tabs
Ability to work under high-volume, stressful conditions with composure
Capability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 30 pounds
Endurance to walk and stand throughout assigned shifts
Comfortable with exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise typical of casino settings
Able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications as required by local gaming regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 18 months bartending experience required
Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink pairings
Experience in cash register and POS system operations
Ability to provide exceptional guest service
Ability to work efficiently in a demanding casino environment
Excellent communication skills
Adaptability and willingness to receive feedback

Job Duties

Greet and serve guests warmly
Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
Maintain the bar clean and well-stocked with ice and supplies
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Monitor guests for signs of intoxication and follow care training guidelines
Support guest satisfaction and smooth operations through additional duties as assigned
Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and policies
