Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
- knowledge of alcohol types and cocktail preparation
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for long periods
- adherence to food safety regulations

- 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- knowledge of different types of alcohol and ability to make various classic and modern cocktails
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with energy, enthusiasm, and a friendly demeanor
- prepare and serve beverages in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- read guests' individual needs, connect and converse with guests to provide personalized service and create a memorable bar experience
- maintain organization and impeccable cleanliness of the bar and work area
- adhere to food safety standards
- open bar and set up for service
- take drink and food orders
- prepare all beverage orders according to The Breakers standards
- ring all orders on the point-of-sale system
- handle payment accurately
- maintain responsibility for the restaurant bank including handling cash sales, employee tip out, and bank drop
