Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working as a bartender or in a customer service role
- Knowledge of drink recipes and liquor types
- Familiarity with point of sale systems such as MICROS
- Ability to manage cash accurately
- Strong customer service orientation
- Availability to complete liquor liability training within the first 30 days of employment and every two years thereafter

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a related role
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, liquor types and proper glassware
- Excellent cash handling skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition
- Be completely familiar with different kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks, proper glassware, and garnishes
- Know drink recipes, prices and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including discounting, MICROS system or registers, bank procedures and tip policies
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and maintain positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Complete formal training regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
