Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be comfortable working in a shared space with constant noise
- Ability to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift weights as described
- Great memory for frequently requested drinks
- Ability to handle cash and operate payment processing system

- Familiarity with mixology and bar equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Transport supplies to bar set-up area
- Wash soiled glassware
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Process all payment methods
- Count bank at end of shift, Secure bank
- Complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Complete closing duties
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods
- Maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, Armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks
- All other duties as assigned by leadership
