Job Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of drink preparation
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Provide friendly service with a smile to guests
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled end time
  • Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of drink preparation and previous bartender experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Provide friendly service with a smile to guests
  • Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Punctuality and adherence to clock-in/clock-out policies
  • Effective communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily and provide clear descriptions of food and beverage options
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar area
  • Stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, produce, and manage perishables
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes with portion control
  • Attend monthly departmental meetings
  • Input orders into POS system and secure accurate payment
  • Manage cash, verify charges, record transactions, and balance money
  • Lock up and store beverages, food, and equipment, secure cash drops and bank at end of shift
  • Sanitize and clean the bar area
  • Complete daily inventory prep sheet and other side work
  • Promote current food and beverage offerings and document orders
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
  • Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
  • Work effectively with service and kitchen teams
