Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of drink preparation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible availability including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled end time
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of drink preparation and previous bartender experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Punctuality and adherence to clock-in/clock-out policies
- Effective communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily and provide clear descriptions of food and beverage options
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar area
- Stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, produce, and manage perishables
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes with portion control
- Attend monthly departmental meetings
- Input orders into POS system and secure accurate payment
- Manage cash, verify charges, record transactions, and balance money
- Lock up and store beverages, food, and equipment, secure cash drops and bank at end of shift
- Sanitize and clean the bar area
- Complete daily inventory prep sheet and other side work
- Promote current food and beverage offerings and document orders
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of hotel hours and amenities
- Work effectively with service and kitchen teams
