- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year previous bartending experience
- Clark County Health Card
- Alcohol Awareness Card
- excellent communication skills
- ability to perform basic math
- skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments
- full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies and procedures
- ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- working knowledge of Micros

Job Duties
- Follow proper register transaction procedures
- adhere to the proper par stock procedures
- have a complete understanding of all applicable laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages as directed by Beverage Department
- complete and oversee set-up and clearing of the bar area
- monitor and train novice bartenders as dictated by management
- remain up-to-date on hotel current events and the hours of operation of all food and beverage outlets
- must have the ability to pour up to 240 drinks per hour on a consistent basis
