Job Requirements

- Physical stamina to manage typical bartender duties during events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of bartender experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and cocktail recipes
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some weekdays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during banquet events
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with banquet staff to meet guest service expectations
- Stock and replenish bar inventory as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their beverage needs
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations before and after events
