Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 21 years old
- valid alcohol server certification as required
- strong customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or related customer service roles preferred
- knowledge of beverage mixing and service
- understanding of liquor laws and compliance
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and team player
Job Duties
- Exemplifies the image of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
- serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of a bar/lounge in compliance with liquor commission
- work flexible days and shifts
- maintain a strong service oriented attitude
- work well with others
