Job Duties
- Interacting with guests in a welcoming, personable, and professional manner
- taking orders and preparing both alcoholic beverages and food items
- present bills, accept payments, and operate the POS system
- ability to remain calm while listening to guest concerns and complaints
- restock and replenish inventory as the shift progresses
- comply with all food and beverage regulations and procedures
- understanding day-to-day store operations and having keys to the facility if they are needed to open and close
- working closely with the Experience Managers, following their opening, and closing procedures of the coffee house while they’re absent
- being a rad co-worker, teammate, and leader, while remaining empowered to make decisions
- assuring the guests 5 senses are satisfied: good smells, clean tables, tasty drinks, great music, and a clean, vibin’ atmosphere
- other duties as assigned
