  • Ability to greet guests within specified time and maintain a warm smile for customer engagement

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Possession of TAM or Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Food Handler Safety Training Card

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with a friendly and personable attitude
  • Provide efficient and helpful service while maintaining awareness of the bar area
  • Memorize daily food, drink, and rotating menus to respond accurately to guest inquiries
  • Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently for all transactions
  • Prepare and serve beverages following quality and timing standards
  • Observe all state and federal regulations regarding alcohol service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including sweeping, mopping, and stocking supplies
  • Replace beer kegs and CO2 as needed
  • Perform opening and closing duties such as cleaning and food preparation
  • Assemble and dismantle the work station
