- Submission of proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
- Ability to greet guests within specified time and maintain a warm smile for customer engagement
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Possession of TAM or Alcohol Awareness Card
- Food Handler Safety Training Card
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly and personable attitude
- Provide efficient and helpful service while maintaining awareness of the bar area
- Memorize daily food, drink, and rotating menus to respond accurately to guest inquiries
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently for all transactions
- Prepare and serve beverages following quality and timing standards
- Observe all state and federal regulations regarding alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including sweeping, mopping, and stocking supplies
- Replace beer kegs and CO2 as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties such as cleaning and food preparation
- Assemble and dismantle the work station
