Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Hold valid TAM and Health Cards
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and mixology techniques
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and state liquor laws
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and bend, stoop, and reach frequently
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment exposed to varying weather conditions
- Must be 21 years of age or older and hold TAM and Health Cards
Job Duties
- Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Providing excellent guest service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and sharing extensive knowledge of the drink menu
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Verifying guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Monitoring and managing guest alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling of glassware and chemicals
- Assisting in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance bartending skills
