Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age per TABC law to serve alcohol
  • Available to work Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
  • Ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • Must wear uniform at all times while working
  • Good money handling skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Willingness to perform special projects and help set up for events
  • Ability to check ID and prevent over serving

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Knowledge of TABC laws and alcohol service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • Experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Interact and serve guest with a smile, neat appearance, pleasant and professional manner
  • Must be in uniform at all times while working
  • Always provide a high level of service to the members by practicing member recognition
  • Effectively communicate to members/guests about any and all menu options and answer any questions
  • Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take immediate action to correct any problems
  • Deliver checks and accept payments with good money handling skills
  • Work with other staff as a team but also be able to work individually
  • Put up orders delivered during shift and check invoice for accuracy
  • Ensure bar is stocked with necessary supplies
  • Keep bar, dining room and pool area clean and organized throughout the day
  • Check ID on alcohol sales and watch for signs of over serving
  • Perform special projects delegated by management
  • Help managers with setting up for events and tournaments
  • Count down the POS on a daily basis and at shift end
  • Wash and clean equipment, food preparation areas and tables while maintaining sanitation standards
  • Know the menu and make suggestions to guests
