Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age per TABC law to serve alcohol
- Available to work Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Must wear uniform at all times while working
- Good money handling skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Willingness to perform special projects and help set up for events
- Ability to check ID and prevent over serving
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of TABC laws and alcohol service
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude
Job Duties
- Interact and serve guest with a smile, neat appearance, pleasant and professional manner
- Must be in uniform at all times while working
- Always provide a high level of service to the members by practicing member recognition
- Effectively communicate to members/guests about any and all menu options and answer any questions
- Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take immediate action to correct any problems
- Deliver checks and accept payments with good money handling skills
- Work with other staff as a team but also be able to work individually
- Put up orders delivered during shift and check invoice for accuracy
- Ensure bar is stocked with necessary supplies
- Keep bar, dining room and pool area clean and organized throughout the day
- Check ID on alcohol sales and watch for signs of over serving
- Perform special projects delegated by management
- Help managers with setting up for events and tournaments
- Count down the POS on a daily basis and at shift end
- Wash and clean equipment, food preparation areas and tables while maintaining sanitation standards
- Know the menu and make suggestions to guests
