Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year bartender experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Team player
- Work authorization in the United States
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal drinking age to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to company recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring a positive experience
- Monitor guest behavior and intervene as necessary to ensure safety
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Support team members with various tasks to maintain smooth operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
