Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification a plus
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Must comply with all state and local alcohol service laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or mixology experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of drink mixing techniques and beverage service standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
Job Duties
- Deliver genuine hospitality while efficiently crafting every drink to perfection and serving guests responsibly
- Be fanatical in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests and provide drinks and service to team members following standard recipes and procedures
- Guide guests through food and beverage menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of all offerings
- Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to guests and team members to ensure guests feel valued
- Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized and stocked
- Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
- Make guests feel welcome by engaging with them and creating a lively and fun atmosphere
