Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and move on feet throughout the shift
Comfortable performing physical activities such as reaching, bending, and crouching
Adhere to dress code, including close-toed shoes and appropriate pants
Follow good manufacturing practices for food handling including hairstyle management and grooming guidelines
Must be able to work in a bustling and sometimes hectic environment
Open availability on weekends and holidays is essential

Job Qualifications

Extroverted personality with a passion for engaging with people
Bartending experience is a plus but willingness to learn and be trained is welcomed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor setting

Job Duties

Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and refreshing frozen drinks
Foster a fun and inviting atmosphere for guests enjoying the pool
Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ready for sunny days
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly smile
Work independently or collaboratively to mix, prepare, serve, or transport beverages
Engage with customers while using a point of sale system in a courteous manner
Ensure cleanliness by sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment at the start or end of shifts
