Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Must hold Alcohol Safety Certification
Job Duties
- Take orders from customers or servers
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Serve wine and draught or bottled beer
- Assist with orders of liquors and supplies
