Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Knowledge of state and local alcohol serving regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform job duties
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, push and pull moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work flexible schedule and various shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Hotel experience a plus
Job Duties
- Provide libations and customized recommendations to guests
- Maintain an attractive and clean bar area
- Use knowledge of mixology to create and serve a variety of beverages
- Ensure compliance with state and local serving guidelines
- Engage guests in casual conversation to enhance their experience
- Operate bar equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain sanitation standards behind the bar
