- Must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum two years front-of-house experience
- experience with credit card processing
- experience with computerized POS system
- must hold or be able to obtain City of Milwaukee Bartending License

- previous experience using a computerized POS system

Job Duties
- Receive drink and food orders from patrons or servers, mix and serve alcohol and non-alcohol drinks following standard recipes and company proportions
- serve wine and bottled beer or draught beer
- serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and request identification
- adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- enter orders into cash register, collect payment, and make correct change
- maintain complete knowledge of beverage and food offerings
- complete sales and inventory reports accurately
- maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning supplies
- clean and store bar equipment and stock
- perform other duties as assigned
