- high school education or equivalent experience
- three to six months of experience in a food or beverage services environment
- ability to mix cocktails and drinks correctly
- ability to provide exceptional service to guests
- ability to multitask and use bar equipment especially modern technology
- manual coordination to handle tasks requiring dexterity
- ability to read, speak and understand English
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines
- perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- check customer identification to confirm legal drinking age
- ring guest checks and process payments accurately
- complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- comply with state liquor laws and obtain Tips certification
- ensure established inventory pars are maintained
- perform all side work duties according to schedules
