Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years experience required
meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
dependability and reliability
availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
basic math and computer skills
exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
team player
strong task and time management abilities
eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
ability to maintain composure in difficult situations

Job Qualifications

knowledge of state alcohol service laws
exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong task and time management abilities
ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet customers and learn about their preferences
answer customer questions and recommend menu items
prepare and serve beverages and food
upsell products to maximize revenue
create and develop drink recipes
maintain the cleanliness and organization of bar area
utilize proper equipment and ingredients for drink preparation
