Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Completion of Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Certification course
- Minimum three years of bartending experience preferred
- Consistent, regular attendance as scheduled
- Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours at a time
- Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 25 lbs to chest level or higher
- Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bartender's license or Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Certification
- Minimum three years of bartending experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Job Duties
- Serve drinks to guests at the bar and dining tables
- Craft cocktails and pour beer and wine
- Engage with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Manage bar area cleanliness and organization
- Assist with private events in the State Room
- Promote and upsell food and beverage items
- Follow responsible beverage service guidelines
