- Provide libations and customized recommendations to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive bar area following sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with state and local serving guidelines
- Engage guests in casual conversation to enhance their experience
- Utilize knowledge of mixology and bar equipment to craft quality beverages
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays from 11:00 am to 1:00 am on weekends and 1:00 pm to 1:00 am weekdays
- Build on personal bartending style and creativity
