Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least 6 months bartender or bar apprentice experience
minimum 1 year money handling experience
knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes
effective English communication skills
professional appearance
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to stand and walk for long periods
ability to lift 15-20 lbs repeatedly
flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
tolerance of secondary tobacco smoke

Job Qualifications

6 months prior bartender or bar apprentice experience
at least 1 year previous money handling experience
knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes
effective verbal and written communication in English
present neat and professional appearance
ability to interact well with customers, public, and co-workers
teamwork skills
ability to count money accurately and provide change
schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Job Duties

appear on television or be filmed while performing job functions
interact with high profile guests and celebrities maintaining professionalism
greet and welcome guests pleasantly and professionally
provide accurate venue, menu, and pricing information to guests
clean bar area including bar tops, sinks, glassware, refrigerators, and appliances
acknowledge, greet, and converse with customers
prepare and pour drinks upon request with Union Pour Card
process cash transactions accurately and provide receipts
convert cash to coins for customers playing slot machines
follow cash handling policy without using another's cash drawer
