Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to maintain proper safety and sanitation standards
- Tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality
- Lift and transport boxes and kegs up to 100 pounds
- Frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and clean to maintain service areas
- Stand and walk during entire shift
Job Qualifications
- One to two years experience in beverage service, preferably in a high volume beverage venue
- Basic beverage and cocktail knowledge
- Awareness of all state laws relating to alcoholic beverage sale and service
- Ability to perform all job functions
- Effective verbal communication with staff
- Reading, speaking, and comprehension of English
- Teamwork oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing and work cards
- Cash handling experience
- Valid work authorization for the US
- Successful background check clearance
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Stay guest-focused and provide exceptional service by making a positive impression on guests
- Participate in in-house modeling programs, special events, banquet events, social media marketing, and model/presenter tasks and promotions
- Actively engage in antiracist commitment and internal practices, including conversations on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility
- Create a work environment promoting teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
- Maintain awareness of all state laws pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
- Ensure proper setup and maintenance of well stations, back bar, and bar top at all times
- Perform all aspects of opening and closing duties
- Follow proper cash handling procedures
- Adhere to staff privileges, responsibilities, professionalism, uniform, and attendance requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
