Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • Ability to maintain proper safety and sanitation standards
  • Tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality
  • Lift and transport boxes and kegs up to 100 pounds
  • Frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and clean to maintain service areas
  • Stand and walk during entire shift

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years experience in beverage service, preferably in a high volume beverage venue
  • Basic beverage and cocktail knowledge
  • Awareness of all state laws relating to alcoholic beverage sale and service
  • Ability to perform all job functions
  • Effective verbal communication with staff
  • Reading, speaking, and comprehension of English
  • Teamwork oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing and work cards
  • Cash handling experience
  • Valid work authorization for the US
  • Successful background check clearance
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Stay guest-focused and provide exceptional service by making a positive impression on guests
  • Participate in in-house modeling programs, special events, banquet events, social media marketing, and model/presenter tasks and promotions
  • Actively engage in antiracist commitment and internal practices, including conversations on Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility
  • Create a work environment promoting teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
  • Maintain awareness of all state laws pertaining to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
  • Ensure proper setup and maintenance of well stations, back bar, and bar top at all times
  • Perform all aspects of opening and closing duties
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures
  • Adhere to staff privileges, responsibilities, professionalism, uniform, and attendance requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
