Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years bartending experience in an upscale dining environment
Current TABC certification
Current Food Handler's certification
Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
Capability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or related preferred
Minimum 2 years bartending experience in an upscale dining environment
Current TABC and Food Handler's certification
Elevated food, wine, and beverage knowledge
Ability to utilize jiggers and follow precise cocktail recipes
Knowledge of POS systems
Friendly, courteous, and well-spoken
Strong team player
Organized and detail oriented
Motivated to learn innovative food and beverage techniques
Operates with passion, integrity, and respect
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Deliver a consistently high level of guest service
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards in an efficient manner
Utilize knowledge of all offered restaurant menus
Keep the bar area clean following company and local health department guidelines
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and account for discrepancies
Develop an efficient work pace ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Collaborate with servers to provide a seamless guest experience
