Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years bartending experience in an upscale dining environment
- valid TABC and Food Handler's certification
- strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage
- ability to measure and prepare cocktails accurately
- familiarity with POS systems
- excellent communication skills
- teamwork orientation
- organizational skills
- flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- capability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
- tolerance to cold and hot temperatures
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or related preferred
- minimum 2+ years experience bartending in an upscale dining environment
- current TABC and Food Handler's certification
- exhibit elevated food, wine, and beverage knowledge
- ability to utilize jiggers for measured pours and follow precise cocktail recipes
- knowledge of POS systems
- friendly, courteous, and well-spoken
- works well within a team environment
- organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
- motivated to grow and learn new and innovative food and beverage techniques and recipes
- operate with passion, integrity, and respect for team members and guests
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Deliver a consistently high level of guest service
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards in an efficient manner
- possess and utilize knowledge of all offered restaurant menus
- keep bar area clean in accordance with company and health department guidelines
- maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and account for any discrepancies
- develop an efficient work pace to keep guests satisfied
- work in partnership with servers to deliver a seamless guest experience
