Job Requirements
- 1-2 years previous experience in bartending in a resort, restaurant and hospitality industry is preferred
- Positive attitude and a sincere willingness to provide excellent service to guests, visitors and peers
- Thrive working in a fast paced and energetic environment
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions while maintaining attention to detail

Job Duties
- Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously and enthusiastically with eye contact and a smile
- Provide excellent knowledge of all available menu options, beverage lists and promotional specials
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing orders and payments
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets or special events
- Follow all safety regulations and responsible serving policies to promote safe drinking practices
