Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- experience bartending in a hotel restaurant or club preferred
- ability to work cooperatively with residents guests visitors families supervisor and peers
- background screening required

- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively
- experience bartending in a hotel restaurant or club with fine dining experience preferred
- ability to work in close cooperation with residents guests visitors families supervisor and peers requiring courtesy tact and graciousness
- must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Takes orders provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously
- answers pertinent questions about drink items
- clears all tableware from tables and bars after service
- cleans all glassware and dishes including ashtrays and distributes
- stocks restocks and rotates supplies
- prepares garnishes for bar use and prepares snack trays
- maintains all documents necessary to accurately account for resident and guest charges
- assists supervisor with inventory of supplies
- serves in the dining room as needed
