Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Some experience in bartending
Ability to work 2 to 3 nights per week
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Honest and reliable
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of drink recipes
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Experience with retail math for managing cash handling and inventory control
Familiarity with pos systems for efficient transaction processing
Basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and handling cash
Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods
Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred but not required

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes ri law
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including washing glassware and utensils
Interact with customers to take orders provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately using the pos system including processing payments and providing change
Monitor inventory levels of liquor mixers and garnishes
assist in ordering supplies as needed
Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when applicable
Participate in catering events as required providing excellent service in various settings
