Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Some experience in bartending
  • Ability to work 2 to 3 nights per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honest and reliable
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of drink recipes
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
  • Experience with retail math for managing cash handling and inventory control
  • Familiarity with pos systems for efficient transaction processing
  • Basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and handling cash
  • Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods
  • Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes ri law
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including washing glassware and utensils
  • Interact with customers to take orders provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using the pos system including processing payments and providing change
  • Monitor inventory levels of liquor mixers and garnishes
  • assist in ordering supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when applicable
  • Participate in catering events as required providing excellent service in various settings
