Job Duties
- provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
- maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work
- be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
- accurately answer guest questions
- ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
- check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice
- perform other duties as assigned
