- previous bartending or customer service experience
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 40 pounds
- wear closed toe, non-canvas and non-skid soled shoes

- knowledgeable of computer operations and ordering procedures
- knowledgeable of basic sanitation
- effective communication with co-workers and supervisors
- ability to think clearly under pressure
- excellent attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Observe customers and greet promptly
- present drink menus and make recommendations
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- execute wine service
- check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- communicate allergy and dietary restrictions
- take orders accurately into POS
- process guest payments
- provide professional service
- respond promptly to requests
- report equipment issues
- maintain bar stock and cleanliness
- assist with restocking supplies
