Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience
- Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, if applicable
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with bar terminology
- Meet legal age requirements
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
- Hold a valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Demonstrate knowledge of drink recipes and beverage merchandising
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Understand drink service and bar terminology
- Meet the minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Craft and serve beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow all food and beverage service regulations and safety standards
- Upsell drinks and promote special menu items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
