The role of Concessions Bartender at Legends Global is vital to ensuring positive guest experiences through friendly and efficient beverage service. Concessions Bartenders are tasked with mixing and serving beverages accurately to both guests and restaurant servers, employing high-quality spirits, liqueurs, fresh herbs, fruits, and spices to craft sensational drinks. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of drink recipes including wine characteristics, and adherence to company standards regarding service and compliance. Concessions Bartenders collaborate closely with the culinary team to create unique mixers and garnishes enhancing beverage presentations.

This role involves greeting guests, taking beverage orders, managing bar inventory and supplies, handling cash and payment processes, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment adhering to health and safety requirements. The bartender must also be adept at wine service techniques and be proactive in promoting menu items and current promotions to enhance guest satisfaction. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team and show a strong commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years bartending experience
Strong knowledge of beverage and cocktail recipes
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
Ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately
Must verify legal drinking age of guests
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Must maintain professional personal hygiene and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
Experience as a bartender for at least two years
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes
Know how to create and execute one of a kind drinks
Must be able to create and serve drinks in a timely manner
Extensive knowledge of wines
Must maintain personal hygiene and a well groomed appearance standards
Ability to work independently or in a team during set up and execution of service
Willingness and drive to exceed the guest expectations
Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor
Must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
Must be personable, friendly and welcoming
Ability to read, speak and write English language in order to communicate with guests
Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
Ability to transport up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis
Must have a working email to communicate with your managers

Job Duties

Utilize high quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs and spices to create sensational drinks for guests
Greet guests, take beverage orders from the restaurant servers or directly from guests
Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards
Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages
Provide information on wine characteristics, evaluate guests needs, make appropriate suggestions and serve wine using proper wine service techniques
Work with culinary team to create mixers and garnishes for beverages
Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
