Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-year experience bartending required
- ServeSafe Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent preferred
- ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
- excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- knowledge of math for cost calculation and cash handling
- ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate good judgment
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment
- ability to adapt to changing priorities
- ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work in varying temperature environments
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- ServeSafe Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent

Job Duties
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile
- warmly greet and acknowledge guests and take drink and food orders
- prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, beer, wines, and food
- check identification of guests to verify legal drinking age
- accurately process transactions through point-of-sale system
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests
- maintain clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar
- perform opening and closing side work
- inventory beverages and order replacement items as needed
- respond appropriately to customer concerns
- support management decisions and collaborate in a team environment
- adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- maintain an organized work environment free of safety hazards
- build guest loyalty and enhance selling skills
