Job Requirements
- Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service as a bartender
- proficient in cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
- knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills
- display a confident and professional appearance
- attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
- must be able to carry about 40lbs

Job Duties
- Preparing and serving drinks including cocktails, beers, and wines according to recipes and customer preferences
- managing cash transactions, processing payments, and balancing the cash register
- maintaining the bar area by keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked including cleaning glassware and restocking supplies
- providing exemplary customer service by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
- promoting teamwork to create a positive work environment
- adhering to punctuality and uniform requirements, clocking in and out as required
- responding positively to guest requests
