Job Duties
- to exceed guest exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service
- to promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment
- to properly execute all necessary steps of service
- ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times
- provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus
- reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees
- to respond positively to guests requests
- preparing and serving drinks including crafting cocktails, pouring beers and wines, and ensuring drinks are made according to recipes and customer preferences
- cash handling including managing transactions, processing payments, and balancing the cash register
- maintaining the bar by keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked including cleaning glassware, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar is presentable
