Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend English
- ability to write legibly
- skill in preparing beverages according to name requests
- ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons
- knowledge of cash handling procedures
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs independently
- must be able to use a dolly for transporting beer kegs
- willingness to adhere to safety regulations
- must pass National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI)
- must comply with drug-free workplace policy
- must register with Selective Service if applicable
- direct deposit of pay mandatory

Job Duties
- Mix and serve premixed alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full service bar
- serve liquor, soda, beer, and wine
- prepare alcoholic drinks by selecting proper premix and garnish
- prepare garnishes for mixed drinks
- receive payment or charge to member's account
- make change and be accountable for cash fund
- assist in taking inventory and maintaining records
- keep bar area clean and properly stocked
- wash bar equipment, glassware, and utensils
- ensure bar and dining room are presentable and sanitary
- wipe tables and sweep floors
- run food from the kitchen when needed
- perform other sanitation duties as required
- provide world-class customer service with emphasis on courtesy
- assist customers and communicate positively
- take action to solve problems quickly
- alert supervisor or point of contact for help when problems arise
- adhere to safety regulations and standards
- promptly report workplace hazards, injuries, occupational illnesses, and property damage
- adhere to established standards supporting EEO and prevention of sexual harassment
- perform other related duties as required
