Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements
  • Ability to read and comprehend English
  • ability to write legibly
  • skill in preparing beverages according to name requests
  • ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons
  • knowledge of cash handling procedures
  • ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs independently
  • must be able to use a dolly for transporting beer kegs
  • willingness to adhere to safety regulations
  • must pass National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI)
  • must comply with drug-free workplace policy
  • must register with Selective Service if applicable
  • direct deposit of pay mandatory

  • experience using a dolly to transport items

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve premixed alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full service bar
  • serve liquor, soda, beer, and wine
  • prepare alcoholic drinks by selecting proper premix and garnish
  • prepare garnishes for mixed drinks
  • receive payment or charge to member's account
  • make change and be accountable for cash fund
  • assist in taking inventory and maintaining records
  • keep bar area clean and properly stocked
  • wash bar equipment, glassware, and utensils
  • ensure bar and dining room are presentable and sanitary
  • wipe tables and sweep floors
  • run food from the kitchen when needed
  • perform other sanitation duties as required
  • provide world-class customer service with emphasis on courtesy
  • assist customers and communicate positively
  • take action to solve problems quickly
  • alert supervisor or point of contact for help when problems arise
  • adhere to safety regulations and standards
  • promptly report workplace hazards, injuries, occupational illnesses, and property damage
  • adhere to established standards supporting EEO and prevention of sexual harassment
  • perform other related duties as required
