Job Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend the English language
- skill in preparing beverages according to guest requests
- ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or seek assistance
- knowledge of cash handling procedures
- ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs independently and heavier objects with assistance
- ability to use a dolly to transport beer kegs
- work inside with adequate lighting, heat, and ventilation
- tolerate minor physical risks such as cuts, bruises, and chapped hands
