Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or beverage serving experience preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift objects up to 45 lbs independently
- Ability to lift heavier objects with assistance
- Ability to work indoors with adequate lighting and ventilation
- Good physical health and no restrictions on lifting or standing
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of beverage mixing and serving
- Ability to recognize intoxicated patrons
- Skilled in handling tabs and pricing reconciliation
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Experience in customer service or bartending preferred
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Mix and serve beverages from a limited bar selection
- Serve pre-mixed beverages such as daiquiris
- Follow manager instructions for proper bar operation
- Recognize and handle intoxicated or unruly patrons
- Collect tabs or chits and reconcile with items dispensed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist with lifting and carrying objects as needed
