Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire
  • Ability to wipe down tables including bases, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all restaurant areas
  • Transports plates, glasses, and trays to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen a minimum of 30 times per shift
  • Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills are required
  • Mobility and a full range of movement throughout the shift
  • Transports glass rack, plate ware, and cases of food and beverage, which weigh up to 30 pounds a minimum of 15 times per shift
  • Able to respond quickly in an emergency to avoid imminent danger to self and others
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length
  • Must have a good sense of balance and bend, kneel, and react swiftly to actions surrounding them
  • Must have the ability to lift bus pans, trays, and cases of food and beverage weighing as much as 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to company specifications in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace before, during, and after the shift
  • Provide 5 Star Service to each guest
  • Maintaining pars for all prepped items as well as beer, wine, and spirits
  • Utilize the POS to start, carry, and closeout tabs for guests
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer before, during, and after the shift
  • Aid in prep for garnishes and all house specialty items
  • Work well with teammates providing help when needed in a respectful manner
  • Obtain proper photo identification before serving guests to ensure they are of the legal drinking age
  • Must have a working knowledge of beer, wine, champagne, and spirits as well as classic cocktail preparations
  • Perform all duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty
