Job Requirements

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
  • valid alcohol certification
  • flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • adherence to food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting
  • valid alcohol certification
  • ability to follow recipes including measuring and mixing ingredients
  • ability to prepare ingredients such as cutting and peeling
  • skill in labeling and stocking bar ingredients and garnishes
  • ability to operate equipment and bladed tools safely
  • effective verbal and written communication in English
  • elevated knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
  • experience serving food and making menu recommendations
  • highly developed interpersonal skills
  • basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • capability to lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons and restaurant guests
  • interact with customers and take food and drink orders
  • serve guests with a warm and friendly smile
  • maintain guest retention through excellent service
  • perform cleaning, sanitizing, and side work duties
  • handle cash and credit payments responsibly
  • follow opening and closing procedures and work as part of a team
