Job Requirements

minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
at least 1 year bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
valid alcohol certification
flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
physical ability to stand for extended periods
ability to communicate effectively in English
basic computer skills
ability to lift up to 25 pounds
adherence to food safety regulations

Job Qualifications

minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting
valid alcohol certification
ability to follow recipes including measuring and mixing ingredients
ability to prepare ingredients such as cutting and peeling
skill in labeling and stocking bar ingredients and garnishes
ability to operate equipment and bladed tools safely
effective verbal and written communication in English
elevated knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
experience serving food and making menu recommendations
highly developed interpersonal skills
basic bookkeeping knowledge
familiarity with point-of-sale systems
ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
capability to lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons and restaurant guests
interact with customers and take food and drink orders
serve guests with a warm and friendly smile
maintain guest retention through excellent service
perform cleaning, sanitizing, and side work duties
handle cash and credit payments responsibly
follow opening and closing procedures and work as part of a team
