Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- valid alcohol certification
- flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- basic computer skills
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- adherence to food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting
- valid alcohol certification
- ability to follow recipes including measuring and mixing ingredients
- ability to prepare ingredients such as cutting and peeling
- skill in labeling and stocking bar ingredients and garnishes
- ability to operate equipment and bladed tools safely
- effective verbal and written communication in English
- elevated knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
- experience serving food and making menu recommendations
- highly developed interpersonal skills
- basic bookkeeping knowledge
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- capability to lift up to 25 lbs
Job Duties
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons and restaurant guests
- interact with customers and take food and drink orders
- serve guests with a warm and friendly smile
- maintain guest retention through excellent service
- perform cleaning, sanitizing, and side work duties
- handle cash and credit payments responsibly
- follow opening and closing procedures and work as part of a team
